Vaughn & Candice Villafana are ordained Pastors of Rain Church in Montgomery County, Maryland. As believers in the Truth of the Bible, they are very passionate about using biblical principles to develop leaders! They come from a background of business and organizational leadership, where they were blessed to work together in leadership for over 15 years. With the help of the Lord, they were exceptionally successful in their business pursuits, yet their greatest joy came (and continues to come) from developing followers into leaders, and helping them to succeed. As products of Dr. Myles Munroe's Mentorship & Global Leadership Programs, Vaughn and Candice have always embraced the belief that there is a leader within every person, and now that they are both pastors, called to teach, guide, and minister to the Lord's people, they are both honored and excited to apply their business know-how and leadership skills to equip the precious people of The Most High.
